At Amrit Mantra, we are committed to delivering premium-quality Ayurvedic and wellness products. Every order is carefully packed and quality-checked before dispatch.

✅ Return Eligibility

We accept returns or replacement requests only under the following conditions:

• 📦 Product received is damaged or broken
• ❌ Wrong product delivered
• 📅 Product expired at the time of delivery
• 🚚 Package tampered during transit

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products
• Products returned without original packaging
• Items damaged due to customer mishandling
• Requests raised after the allowed return period

⏳ Return Request Timeline

Customers must raise return or damage complaints within 48 hours of delivery. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

💰 Refund Process

• Refunds are processed only after product verification.
• Approved refunds are credited within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• For Cash on Delivery orders, refund may be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

🔁 Replacement Policy

In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund depending on stock availability and issue type.

❌ Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
• Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
• Refunds for prepaid cancelled orders are processed within 5–7 business days.

🚚 Shipping Responsibility

Customers must provide accurate shipping details. Amrit Mantra will not be responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect address or unreachable contact details.
